While this package includes Day-of-Coordination, I will have your back along your planning journey as well and get to know you as a couple so that I can help make your dream day as smooth as possible. Opal is a life saver on your big day. You deserve to enjoy your day and not have to worry about the details. Your job is to feel all the joy and love surrounding you and say "I Do." Everything else should be my job!
THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:
• Set up/tear down of decor
• Point of Contact on wedding day (meeting deliveries, distribution of final payments/gratuity, coordination of vendors).
• Pack up gifts at the end of the night
• Assistance building day-of timeline
• Management of day-of timeline
• Unlimited email access to me from date-of-hire until the wedding day
• Planning check list with monthly guidelines
• Attendance at rehearsal (typically the night before the wedding)
• One meeting prior to wedding (30 days out, virtual or in person) to go through all decor details, vendor lists, and anything else I need to know to keep your day running smoothly
• No hourly maximums for day-of services

Pearl includes all the benefits of Opal, but with a bit more personalization and a lot more support. This partial planning package is a great fit for a couple who has some vision goals and ideas for their wedding, but would like assistance with booking vendors, finalizing decor elements, and passing off some of the communication tasks throughout the planning process.

Diamond is perfect for the couple who wants a professional to take on all aspects of wedding planning and design. Comprehensive planning takes the stress and to do list off of your hands completely and allows for you to really feel the magic of a wedding planned specifically for you. Additional communication on the front end of our partnership will ensure I know your top priorities and needs so I can build you the day of your dreams. Diamond is the ideal match for a couple who wants unlimited support from start to finish.

• Complete vendor selection and contracting
• Management of all vendor and venue communications
• Wedding website management and design
• Wedding stationary planning/design through an online vendor of your choosing
• Stuffing and mailing save the dates and invitations
• Rehearsal coordination and planning
• Budget assistance
• Personalized design suite complete with wedding logo, personalized color scheme, and font family
• Unlimited planning sessions and email support
• Live document sharing the completion of each to do list item

Your time and energy are precious. Just because you are planning a wedding, doesn’t mean you can put the rest of your responsibilities on the back-burner. We can take some items off your to-do list. We got you! We believe all couples deserve some additional support along the way. Planning a wedding can be so much fun, but it certainly can come with some hiccups.
